My daughter, Syal, tells me that you are an exceptional pilot. As you would know, Rogue Squadron is always on the look out for the 'exceptional'. Having never met you myself, I hope, that from your call sign your not as big as a Wookie. Wookie's do not fit into X-Wing's, it's all the fur, it get's caught in the flight suit and well you can imagine what it's like trying to get them out.

If you have any questions please address them to Colonel Darklighter, or if I can be of any help feel free to contact me. I'll be off-world for most of the month, a confrence on inter-species training for the new fighter we're working on. Can't say to much here.

I am interested in joining Rogue Squadron. Please find attached my credentials and experience. As you can see, I'm from Tatooine, somewhat near Colonel Darklighter, as luck would have it. The galaxy truly is a small place.

Regarding my callsign, I am not a wookiee. The nickname came from the growl of dismay I emit when I get upset. I was told I sounded quite a bit like a wookiee by my academy friends and the name has stuck since.

I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to your response. I also look forward to possible implementation of new starfighters. Adaptability is one of my strengths.
