Nerd moment of the day -

A friend tells me, you need to dl this game "Spongebob Squarepants Diner Dash" cause it's ZOMGSPONGEBOB!

So I did and when I was playing it, all I could think was... This is completely wrong. Squidward isn't the cook! Spongebob is the cook and he has his spatula and those sure don't look like crabby patties on those plates and why is Spongebob doing that thing with the towel when he should be blowing bubble animals or something and where's Patrick? THIS GAME IS HORRIBLY UNCANON!


So, yeah, I need to actually maybe kinda get back to work instead of playing craptacular free downloads.


Or I need to get a life.

That's like when I was a kid and I went to see the Smurfs and the Magic Flute movie and I was so pissed off that the characters weren't acting right, and also Papa Smurf's voice was completely wrong.

Uncanon cartoon things are very alarming, I agree. Not that I am familiar with Spongebob canon, what with MrChess being a Spongebob-a-phobe. (Or maybe a misspongbobist?) Anyway, he hates poor Mr. Square Pants. I suppose I could watch it when he's not home, but I think I'd rather be on LJ.

But also maybe yeah you should get back to work. Even though I'm sure by now you are home from work. ... Yeah.

Canon is important, goshdarnit! I just didn't realise that my canon!nazi tendencies had extended to Spongebob.

How can you hate Spongebob? Mrchess has issues.
