First -

squirmy is having an artists vs writers contest on her journal. Go and do your part for fandom. Or, go forth and drool over all the beauties that populate fandom. (and in case you want to mock... here's me)

So the recs -

Sing me to Sleep is by a newcomer to fandom. She's a brilliant author, imho and could really use some feedback. She has a very interesting narrative style. Very lyrical and does so very much. Go and give her loads of love and concrit, yeah?

Under the Ivy is another lyrical story that is just amazing. You all know, by now, that I fangirl

coffeejunkii but this... this is just so amazing that I really have to work hard to find the words. Serious love for this story. It flows so wonderfully.

The Other Dead is a genfic that is still as heartwrenching as the first time I read it. I adore this story about Charlie Weasley and the last battle. Just so very very touching.

Um, I'll be posting some deamus in a bit. But go and read the above anyway. Very lovely stories.
