10 Things to say to 10 People
1.) I miss you.
2.) Shut the fuck up. The world is not only about you. There are billions of other people out there. Also - I don't give a shit about any of your passive aggressive attempts to make yourself appear the victim more.
3.) I loathe you but, sometimes, I think that's a good thing because your idiocy and refusal to learn anything other than the bare minimum is what is inspiring me to go back to school.
4.) Every time I go to email you, I write it and then stop because, really, if you missed me half as much as I miss you, you'd initiate contact.
5.) You really surprised the fuck out of me this last summer. I thought you didn't even remember me. It made my day.
6.) I know I annoy you, it's rather obvious.
7.) Get the fuck outta my fandoms. Srsly.
8.) I want to be you, sometimes.
9.) I love you enough to want you to be happy. I don't think I could make you happy so I'm glad that you have someone else. I'm happy being around you.

9 Things About Me
1.) I constantly touch my face. I have no idea why I do it but I'm obsessive about it.
2.) I'm a control freak. I cannot delegate to save my life.
3.) I groom people (like, pick stray hairs off their clothes or fix their tags) but I cannot stand to be touched. Srsly, don't touch me. Don't hug me. It freaks me out.
4.) I haven't written a check in 2 years. I don't even know where my checkbook is or if I have any checks left. I also don't bother to balance my checking account. It's what the app is for on my phone.
5.) In the car, and elsewhere, I talk to myself all the time. I talk out dialogue issues in fic. I read an article that Calista Flockhart does the same thing but covers by holding up her phone like she's talking to someone. I've done the same ever since.
6.) I have the memory retention of a goldfish on crack for important dates and meetings. I cannot remember a meeting at 9am or 1pm to save my life. But I remember conversations from 15 years ago almost verbatim. And it's almost every conversation.
7.) I dance to Irish music every chance I get. I can't help myself.
8.) I have no sense of humour about 4 things: My driving, my low-flinch factor, insects, blood. All of these are off-limits for teasing. I immediately clam up and get really pissed off.
9.) It's when I get quiet that you can tell I'm really fucking pissed. If I'm still talking to you, you're all right.

This is my DH. In college I used to know when he was about to deck someone because he stopped talking. This is a valuable tool to avoid crisis.
