happy_trekmas is one awesome fest. If you're not reading it, I'm very disappointed in you. My gift fic was posted and it is the best fic I've ever read in Star Trek.
Gossip, Guidance and Guile (Kirk/McCoy, Rated: NC-17). Srsly just so fucking good. I left a ridiculously fangirling comment and rather made an arse out of myself but, dude. SO GOOD. It adhered to every part of my request and then gave me more. You can't ask for more than that! But the best part is that I did get more than that. I got banter and snark and friendship and funny and awesome relationships and brilliant characterizations and so much. I have no idea how the author fit so much awesome in this fic but they did. So you should really head over there and check it out.
