The worst part is that everyone thought she was just such a sweet person that I was a monster for writing her up when we almost had our health insurance cancelled. Dude. If I wasn't friends with our rep, we would've LOST OUR HEALTH INSURANCE CAUSE SHE'S AN IDIOT! But that's no big deal cause she bakes every once in a while or something.
And yeah - the heidipology was well done, wasn't it?
