Mother's Day

Got up, made my mum some corned beef hash and then took her to see Star Trek with my sister, a friend and his mum. We had a most excellent time. The movie rocked. I just have one question - where the fuck is all the Kirk/McCoy slash? Jesus people, the movie's been out for a few days! Don't tell me that it isn't inspirational!

I'm trying to talk someone into going to see it with me again. I think my friend, J, would be willing to go with me. We'll see if I can talk him into it.

Also - where's my Wolverine/Gambit fic from you all? They manhandle one another!

Anyone know of any good Kirk/McCoy icons? I've seen Kirk/Spock ones but, dude, Kirk/McCoy is love. I have like 30 icon spaces left and I think they need filled with Kirk/McCoy.

We have stuffed chicken breasts (stuffed with asparagus, broccoli and feta cheese) along with stuffed rolls and asparagus, broccoli and salad. Mmmm, dinner.

Gambit didn't want to think about being back there, didn't appreciate having this Logan guy asking questions about it.
But he couldn't stop touching his cheek, feeling around the bruise that wanted to stay. Couldn't stop thinking about being shoved up against a wall, strong hands gripping at his front and eyes boring into his own. About a voice saying I know who you are, about the way his name rolled out of that mouth...
What he didn't think about, was why he went back for him.
