femmequixotic posted an open letter to 6A/LJ. She's asked everyone to get the word out so I'll do my part.
Second - No more LJ gifts for me. Seriously. I do not want anyone pumping a penny into LJ/6A on my behalf. You want to honor me, sympathize with me, show love, whatever, find a free e-card. Send me a card through the mail, send an email. I don't care what you do but userinfo gifts will be viewed with a cocked eyebrow and suspicion. I do not want them, a paid account or extra icon space.
I will miss my icons but I've already picked out the six that are staying for now.
Third - I've signed up for a variety of other journal systems. If a fandom journal site that's fairly inclusive ever gets launched, I will probably be moving all fandom activities to it. I'm also replicating my current journal at the other journal systems I've signed up for.

lj_biz post stated that even if something is flocked, it can still get me booted, I'm not going to go under flock for fic. I reserve the right to change this in the future but, basically, nothing's changing here.
