I'll jump on the ole bandwagon of this one.

10 Positive Things to Say to my Flist (and honestly, it's not that big so it might be easy to figure out).



1.) You were my first friend on LJ. I was so intimidated asking you if I could friend you. Boy was I shocked when you friended back. I also did an ugly happy dance (for details of said ugly happy dance see, here. Your work is among the most brilliant I've read.

2.) Your stories never cease to affect me. I checked your journal obsessively until I bit the bullet and friended you, hoping not to get a scathing email in return. Instead, I've gotten a friend. Your works inspired me to post my own.

3.) I know that your policy said friend away but let me tell you, I was shocked when I saw that I was on YOUR friend journal as well. Again, see here for details on the ugly happy dance I did. Your stories are a huge addiction of mine and I can't tell you how many times I go back and read a previous part trying to figure out what's going on in that devious mind of yours.

4.) This one is prolly a giveaway but... Sus comentarios son siempre ingeniosos y provocativos. Usted me inspira a la grandeza y usted me desafía. 5.) You took me at my word of concrit welcomed with open arms and boy howdy am I glad you did! You really helped me to not make an ass out of myself.

6.) We've just started exchanging commentary but I feel like I've known you forever. You keep making me smile.

7.) Your art inspired me out of my comfortable "PG" rating to write my first piece of smut. I adore your work and watch for updates all the time from you.

8.) I'm so sorry that life gets you down and I really do mean that "should you need me" bit, even though I really feel like Huggle when I'm much more like Jareth.

9.) I really am an evil bitch on the outside, just ask my friends, especially when I'm driving. The cussing in Voice in the Dark is nothing compared to the commentary that comes out of my mouth when I'm driving and/or annoyed.

10.) I love your work and your commentary. You've gotten me addicted to a wonderful area of fandom and I thank you for that!

I did have a nice party, even if I did have to bake my own birthday cake and cook my own dinner. Then again, I don't like storebought cakes and cakes made from mixes so it was all good.

I had a fun time hiking around Sabino Canyon. The birthday, all in all, went fairly well. There were 6 dogs in my house, which was weird and awkward. However, the people really made it. I got Harry Potter Scene it and I was playing with family/friends. They all decided to boycott playing with me cause I won :((.

It's cold here also, but then again, I'm sure my definition changes from yours... it's 84 degrees f. Which translates to warm for most peeps but I'm wearing a long sleeved lightweight sweater.

yeah, I find myself flinching at some of it. I read one story where draco developed breasts while keeping his male bits and I was a little squicked out by that one.

The RPG and your stories are really well written. I also liked snttygrrl's fics. Favorites by far. akahannah had a really wonderful one as well.

The boys do have a ton of stuff going on... I feel really bad for all of them. I don't really trust Shane yet...

err, I don't think so... this one Harry was seeker for some random quidditch team that I can't remember but wasn't the magpies or the chudley cannons. Moments is honestly my favorite so far but it's dark so not too many people really read/commented on it.
