Title: 10 Letters Dobby the House Elf Would Like to Send but Won’t For Fear of Having to Punish Himself by Ironing his Hands for Saying Such Things to his Betters

Summary: 10 Letters Dobby the House Elf Would Like to Send but Won’t For Fear of Having to Punish Himself by Ironing his Hands for Saying Such Things to his Betters
A/N: This is for deliciantasy's 10 Unsent Letters Challenge. There are a ton of really great characters still left so go snag one or a few as this was fantastic fun to write!

As always, concrit and commentary is welcomed with open arms!



1.) Dobby wants to know why you treatsed him so bad. Dobby was a good elf, he was. Kept all the master’s secrets, he did.

2.) Dobby wants to say thank you to the kind man. You gives Dobby a place when Dobby didn’t have one. Dobby is sad that you is dead and if Dobby gets a chance, Dobby will protect the Great Harry Potter Sir for you.

3.) Dobby wants to know why you is so awful to your master. You deserve to be punished. You should punish youself for your mean mean thoughts and words.

4.) Dobby wants to say that Dobby loves you. You is the most beautiful thing Dobby has ever been seeing.

5.) Dobby wants to say that Dobby will protect you because you is a great man, not just a great hero.

6.) Dobby wants to say that Dobby is sad for you. You was a good boy, even if you treated Dobby poorly. Dobby hopes you ask for help from the Great Harry Potter Sir before it’s too late.

7.) Dobby wants to say that it is an honor to knows you. You is a very nice person, even if the rest of the house elfs are scared of you. You only wants the best for Dobby and the rest.

8.) Dobby wants to know why is killing such a great man like Mr. Dumbly. Dobby is knowing that you liked Mr. Dumbly.

9.) Dobby wants to say that Dobby is telling Mr. Harry Potter where you is hiding a Horcrux. You is a bad bad man.

10.) Dobby wants to say that Dobby is proud to be serving at Hogwarts. Dobby will keep serving you, just like he served the Great Dumbly.

he does, he does. It's amazing what people will say in front of servants. It's like they don't even see them there. A friend of mine is a waitress (by no means a servant ;) ) and she heard this guy discussing a drug deal and where he kept his drugs and how much money he makes. Then, he left her with fifty cents on the table for a 100 dollar meal. Long story short, she called the police and they busted him outside the restaurant.
