Calling someone by the wrong name is just inexcusably rude. I would forward that stuff on, too! I get the same thing all the time - people call me Sarah or Brenda or Kendra or Sandy (which is at least a reasonable guess, but no one calls me that (and I would hate it if they tried!)) or Cassandra or... believe it or not, I got an Amy once, too. That one's not even in the freaking ballpark!!
