Oh! *cuddles Seamus* This hurts so much. It's beautifully done, from the waves of owls to that down to the minute count of how long it's been to reading the books in desperation... I ache for him. And I never thought I'd say that I really liked Ernie MacMillan, but he fits well here. but he doesn't get that odd mix in his eye so Seamus can deal with him, can see him daily and not want to break down again. MacMillan doesn't notice the hollowness in his smile or in his eyes. MacMillian's a perfect workmate.
I am currently planning an epic reread of MaaTC wherein I will actually comment this time around. I need to find a span of time where I can read it all the way through. Rather excited about it, actually. And then I found this had popped up-- now I'm super inspired. Love this! <3<3
