This was written in response to the "Bad Beginnings" challenge at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
darkones. It's not all that dark, IMHO.
I just cannot write Barty Crouch, Jr. as a dark character. He is, instead, a very sad character. So, hopefully the mods atdarkones likes this because I'm not sure I can go darker for him.
