idk. to be fair, a portion of my flist is non-American, so I think that may be a factor as to why I've not seen it? Plus my flist has been kinda really really slow the past couple of weeks. Or that could be me making excuses. I know that I hadn't heard anything about this until I saw your post.

c/ping a list of addresses & a letter isn't a big deal. fandom does it all the time to save shows or for animal rights or whatever. Not that hard to do.

I don't want to think that either, but it's very possible that's why. Which is really fucking SAD.
