I am officially giving up on my

serpentinelion fic for now. I cannot stand the sight of it and, unfortunately, neither can 4 out of 6 betas. So, I'm putting it to the side until I am much less apathetic about it. It just sucks that I've written about 19k of dreck.

Anyway, I do have a few fics that I don't dislike intensely. One is my

daily_deviant fic which should please a few of my flist. As it's been long enough (I hope) from the birthday fest, I think I'm going to post my

daily_deviant birthday fic here so you all can read it (I know quite a few of you didn't go peruse the lists).

My internet officially hates me. I can't get the dial-up to last longer than 10 minutes and the wireless I "borrow" only lasts about 15 minutes. I've been booted so many times that my ass is bruised. I barely got my summaries in for

rpg_prophet tonight. It only took me 3 fricken hours. But, hey, at least they were on time because I planned for shit to go wrong with it and made sure that I wouldn't create a hassle for my co-editors by not being on time.

I'm in a pissy craptacular mood right now, as if you couldn't tell. How's everyone?

Yeah, that does suck. I used to be way out in the country with fickle dial-up, so I know what that's like. :(

But, every time it craps out on you, just take a deep breath and remember "two more months!"
