True story from the workfiles of wook -

I was sitting at my desk, innocently listening to my very large playlist. I'm working on balancing payroll and my boss, his boss and a member of our oversight and financial boards come into my office to go through our payroll balancing spreadsheet and an overview of what I work with.

A Rec, a Comm, a Thanks and a Review

A Rec - Fading Evening Light - It's from The Departed (that's right, I think this just might possibly be the first Departed Fanfic on LJ let alone the first slash one). It's Billy Costigan/Bryce Dignam and OMG SO HOT. ficlette teased me with it all day and she has Dignam's voice down so well. I adore it so very very much. Obviously it contains spoilers for the movie but if you've seen the movie, you totally need to read this. Think of it as a deleted scene that Scorcese forgot to include. *grins*

A Comm - To encourage more Departed fic... ficlette and I have created departed_fic het, slash and femmeslash friendly. Go join and write loads and loads of Dignam, I mean, fic!
